From the 1st April 2022 all mid-year applications will be dealt with by school directly.  Please use the mid year application form below.  Once completed this can be returned by hand, post or email.

If you are applying for a Reception place for September intake and don't live within the school catchment area please complete the Supplementary Information Form under the Admissions \ SIF.  A SIF is not needed if you live within the catchment area or for a mid- year application.
